Sagen mod den dansk-tyske terrorgruppe Peter-gruppen kommer for retten i juli 1946. Fangerne hentes i Vestre Fængsel og køres til Københavns Domhus, hvor domsfældelsen skal finde sted. Henning Brøndum, Kai Henning Bothildsen Nielsen samt flere medlemmer af gruppen ses på vej ind i Domhusets gård. Domsfældelsen finder sted 10. juli 1946.
